Golf Tuition Holidays

GAIN A COMPETITIVE EDGE

Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned county champion, you should always work on improving your game. It's true that individual practice is essential in developing technique, but enlisting the help of a qualified professional can really sharpen your skills and accelerate your development as a golfer. Golf tuition holidays offer a sociable alternative to one-on-one lessons and allow groups to learn alongside each other over an extended period of time.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Camelot offers 3 day tuition holidays under the watchful eye of PGA teaching professional Mark Yeo. Whether you want to improve your lob shots, learn how to putt more consistently or simply lower your handicap, Mark's extensive experience and deep understanding of the sport will certainly help you in achieving your goals. Our tuition takes place in a friendly and professional environment designed to maximise the benefits for pupils. Vitally, there are never more than 6 pupils to one tutor, which ensures the teaching can be adapted according to the needs and requests of individual players. Mark's lessons are normally divided into the following segments, depending on time constraints and pupil requirements:

Lesson Segment Description
Iron and Wood Play Building a sound technique
Chipping From lob shots to chip and runs
Bunker Play Fairway and greenside bunker shots from every lie
Awkward Lies Including sloping ground and the rough
Putting Everything you need to know to get the ball in the hole

STUNNING COURSES

The quality of local courses is essential to the success of our tuition holidays. Established in 1891, the Bude and North Cornwall Golf Club's historical course hosts the morning tuition sessions this year. The 9 hole course and driving range at Ivyleaf, which is just a 10 minute drive from the hotel, serves as alternative afternoon option.
